Peer Support Circles

Do you ever wish you had someone to talk to that just gets it?

Our peer support circles are made up of people just like you: other ECTs taking the same first steps into teaching that you’re taking.

With a maximum of five people per circle, the small group format encourages accountability and support to help you along the way.

What’s involved:

• Private WhatsApp group with your mentor and peers.

• Daily check-ins and communication in the WhatsApp group.

• Weekly email with guidance, thought prompts and printable resources.

• Monthly video call with your mentor and peers, to discuss the highs, lows and challenges of the previous month, as well as priorities and goals for the coming month.

All this and more for £50/month.

Please note: the minimum membership term is 3 months.
